Heelo Refund Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2026

This Refund Policy is part of the Heelo Terms of Service. It tells you when STARCHOLAR LLC ("Heelo", "we", "us") gives refunds for payments for the Service.

1. Cancel at any time

  • You can cancel a Plus or Pro plan at any time in the dashboard (Billing), or by an email to info@heelo.dev.
  • The cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the billing month that you paid for.
  • We do not give a full or partial refund for the current billing month when you cancel, and we do not give a refund for plan credits that you did not use.

2. Prepaid balance ("Add credits")

  • Prepaid balance is not refundable, except as sections 3 and 4 say.
  • Prepaid balance does not expire while your account is open.
  • Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

3. Billing errors

We give a full refund of the incorrect amount if:

  • we charged you two times for the same payment;
  • we charged you after your cancellation took effect;
  • we charged you an amount that is different from the price that we showed you.

If a tool call failed because of an error on our side and the Service used your credits for it, we will give the credits back.

Write to info@heelo.dev in 30 days after the charge. Include the email address of your account and the date and amount of the charge.

4. When we close an account

If we close your account without a cause that you made, we refund the prepaid balance that you did not use. If we close your account because you broke the Terms of Service, we do not give a refund.

5. How refunds are paid

We send a refund to the payment method that you used for the payment. Your bank can need 5 to 10 business days to show the refund. Credits that we give back go to your Heelo account.

6. Chargebacks

If you think that a charge is incorrect, please write to us before you ask your bank for a chargeback. We usually solve billing problems faster. During a chargeback, we can pause your account.

7. Your legal rights

This Policy does not limit refund rights that the law of your country or state gives you and that a contract cannot remove.

8. Enterprise

For an Enterprise plan, the refund terms in your written agreement apply.
